The top ad is a proven, scaled winner, not a test. 168090649 was first seen 3 February 2025 and is still live. 51,749 clones on 3,181 pages is the biggest replication number in any brand we have swept (Sprtn's best was 37). This is the closest thing to real proof of a winner this data can show.
The videos are long hook stacks, 60 to 95 seconds. Watched the top eight. Each one is a montage of 8 to 12 short scenes, each its own hook: a mother and daughter in a driveway ("to ask how old…"), a woman taping a "Printable Chair Yoga for Seniors" chart to the fridge ("Mom, here's your…", "is day one of"), a woman holding a loose-skin suit in the sea, "If you're plus size I beg you to try chair tai chi, just 7 minutes a day to go from XL to M in 8 weeks", "I'm on day 18 of my printable anti menopause chair yoga", and a "Tap to start / Tap to join now" end card. It plays like a feed of other people's ads cut together.
All AI, and they say so. Every frame carries a small "Contains AI-generated imagery for illustrative purposes" line. The women, the kitchens, the beaches and the before/after bodies are generated. Block 14 is a full Pixar-style 3D cartoon (a woman who "blamed myself every day" and a "somatic recovery plan"). Block 04 is AI couples on a beach ("Just 9 minutes a day… built for women 50 plus… click the link, get the app").
The printed chart is the product in the picture. They sell an app, but the ads show a paper grid of 28 days of chair poses on a fridge or a door. "I printed my yoga plan and use it whenever and wherever I want." It makes a subscription look like a thing you can hold, and it is a strong, simple visual anyone can reshoot.
The avatar is women 50+, over and over. "A woman over 60", "a woman who hasn't exercised in years", "in post-menopause", "balanced hormones", "Ok, ladies over 40", "Looking for women 50+ who haven't exercised in years". Menopause belly and loose skin are the pain. "No gym, no equipment, no witnesses" is the permission.
The statics are a challenge with a start date. "Keep it private until it's done: 28-day printable Military Calisthenics challenge", "Starting Tuesday, September 1st, join the Chair Yoga Challenge", "Tai Chi Chair Challenge – Day 1". A dated challenge gives a reason to start now without a discount.
Many fake-person pages, one funnel. 12 page names run the ads: Transform in 28 Days (73 incl. "by Lasta"), Emma Taylor (37), Warrior Workouts (29), Zoe Chang, Lina Chan, Apex Bodyweight, Mia Brooks, Hanna Lee. They all send to lasta-fit.com quizzes. The top ad runs under "Emma Taylor".
Big launch in August. 110 of the 177 were first seen in August 2026. Median creative has run 32 days; 16 have run 90+ days.
